Stackhouse Poland buys Lucas Fettes
The deal is set to be completed by the end of 2016.
Stackhouse Poland has bought Lucas Fettes in a move that will see the general insurance businesses combine under the Stackhouse Poland name.
The deal value has not been disclosed.
