Biba hosts “full and frank” meeting with SSP

The meeting took place between brokers and SSP and the software house promised to visit affected brokers within a month.

A full and frank discussion between brokers and SSP was held yesterday to address the issues caused by the software house's power outage in August, according to the British Insurance Brokers Association (Biba).

Biba, which hosted the meeting at its offices, explained that two dozen brokers attended and said that SSP made a presentation based around questions submitted in advance by attendees and then took questions from members present.
