Head of ATE division Mark Rhoder is set to leave the legal expenses insurer.

Legal expenses insurer Das has seen more management level staff leave the business.

Head of the ATE division Mark Rhoder is, Insurance Age understands, due to leave the business imminently and Nicola Walter, who was appointed head of strategy in May left the insurer recently.

It is believed that Walter's role will not be refilled.

A replacement is being sought for Rhoder but in the interim the newly hired David Swigciski, who joined from RSA as head of corporate in September, will take on ATE
