FSCS warns Enterprise customers to find new cover

The scheme has urged brokers with customers who have Enterprise Insurance motor policies to contact them about new cover.

The Financial Service Compensation Scheme (FSCS) has warned customers with Enterprise Insurance motor policies that time is running out to act and get new cover before the policies are cancelled at the end of October.

According to the FSCS the news comes as Enterprise's provisional liquidator, Freddie White of Grant Thornton, wrote to insurance brokers warning that he expects to cancel all policies on 26 October.

That gives brokers and Enterprise customers less than a month to find alternative
