5) FCA systems out due to "major IT incident" 

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has confirmed that its systems have been hit by a "major IT incident".

According to a statement this has affected a number of its systems which are currently unavailable.

On the afternoon of Friday 23 September a statement on the FCA's website read: "We are working with our suppliers to restore services as soon as possible.

Later in the day the FCA added that the incident was due to "a physical hardware
