Member numbers dropped at Broker Network in 2015
Turnover was also down but profit after tax increased.
Documents filed at Companies House show that across Broker Network and Countrywide total membership dropped by 6.1% to 557 in 2015, down from 593 in 2014 and again from 610 in 2013.
The filings also showed that, combining the two entities, turnover reduced by 4.9% to £11.53m.
Meanwhile profit after tax soared from £797,000 in 2014 to £2.7m.
However, the two parties benefited from not having to pay a management fee to the parent company which in 2014 totalled £3.73m.
