SSP admits it will take weeks to restore customers fully

Software company still to get all customers back online.

SSP has informed clients that it will be working on the restoration process for weeks to come.

In an emailed communication by CEO Laurence Walker, seen by Insurance Age, the business told users that the first phase of restoration was nearing completion.

It admitted that not all customers had been restored saying that almost all customers "now have access to their core functionality and all of their transaction data up to the point of the incident on 26th August".
