Integro buys Insurance Revolution

Broker adds capability with New York purchase.

Integro Insurance Brokers has bought US-based Insurance Revolution, the parent company of Maloy Risk Services, a niche insurance retail broker and Piedmont Managers, a Lloyd's cover holder for hedge fund management liability and technology E&O insurance products.

Insurance Revolution was formed in 1999 as the parent platform for Maloy, established in 1872 in New York. Piedmont Managers was created in 2014.

Integro explained that Maloy's financial, life science and technology teams will operate
