Brokers struggling following SSP outage

Outage will have long-term implications according to brokers as SSP admits on Wednesday morning that it is "unable to provide a further update".

Brokers have criticised the lack of progress made by SSP following the outage at its Solihull Data Centre which is continuing today.

Some brokers have complained of no access to emails, records and contact details to clients since Friday.

No further update
SSP said in a statement to brokers on Wednesday morning obtained by Insurance Age: "We have continued to make progress and are doing all we can to restore full service, but are unfortunately unable to provide any further update at this point in
