Webinar: Attracting and retaining talent in broking

david-worsfold-aug-13

Post’s recent State of the Young Broker Nation research found hearteningly for the industry that at least as many young brokers sought out broking roles for their career as took the somewhat traditional route of ‘falling into’ the sector, even if none admitted to having harboured childhood dreams of working in insurance.

Graduate responders mentioned insurers at career fairs as their first point of contact with the sector and almost all admitted little to no prior knowledge of the sector before beginning to research or apply for jobs in the sector.
