GRP buys BB Insure
Consolidator swoops for Lincolnshire based firm.
Global Risk Partners (GRP) has bought commercial and personal insurance broker BB Insure for an undisclosed amount.
The management of BB Insure, which has offices in Boston and Skegness, will continue to lead the business with managing director Rob Brooks a co-investor.
Deals
So far this year GRP has completed deals with specialist retail broker Cavendish Munro Risk, Northern Ireland broker McGrady, Lloyd's broker Lonmar and high net worth specialist managing general agent Synergy Insurance
