Insurance Octopus bought by Verastar
Commercial broker has been acquired for an undisclosed sum by the service provider.
Verastar, a provider of services to small businesses, has announced the acquisition of the Octopus group of companies, including The Insurance Octopus for an undisclosed sum.
Verastar said the the Insurance Octopus is an established and growing commercial insurance broker in the UK market, with over 22,000 customers.
