Das vs Asplin and others case referred to Crown Court
The private prosecution Das is making against former CEO Paul Asplin and others on fraud and conspiracy charges will be heard at Southwark Crown Court in August.
A private prosecution by Das against former CEO Paul Asplin and five other defendants is set to be heard at Southwark Crown Court on 5 August this year.
A hearing at Westminster Magistrates Court today (8 July) saw Asplin and:
Jayne Kearns, 53, of Goodge Place, London David Kearns, 55, of Goodge Place, London Sally Jones, 58, of Merchants Road, Bristol Robert Dalley, 61, of Hewish, Weston-Super-Mare and Karen Asplin, 51, of Elberton Court, Bristolappear on conspiracy and fraud charges.
