Members and experts say new independence is positive and John Lincoln says it will help Compass grow.
Members of Compass Network and other experts have welcomed the news that the organisation has completed a management buyout of the business from Arthur J Gallagher.
Compass member Jeremy Pace, MD of Pace Ward stated: "It is very positive. Their focus is broker requirements and there is a brilliant team at the heart of Compass."
