GRP buys Cavendish Munro
Deal extends Global Risk Partner’s reach in the retail broking space.
Global Risk Partners (GRP) has completed its investment into specialist retail broker Cavendish Munro Risk, it said in a statement today.
The consolidator said the annual premium transacted across GRP's business would increase to over £370m as a result of the investment.
Cavendish specialises in professional indemnity insurance for solicitors, accountants, engineers, surveyors and architects. Its current owner Paul Byrne will continue to lead the company and will be a co-investor in the business
