Lark buys Euromarine

Broker to keep office and staff in Kent.

Lark Group has bought Kent-based Euromarine Insurance Services for an undisclosed sum.

Euromarine, a broker and underwriting agent which specialises in marine insurance, is based in Broadstairs.

All of the Euromarine team will be joining Lark following the acquisition and will continue to service their clients from the current office.

As a result of the deal Lark will have annual revenues of over £28.5m and employ 350 staff in eight offices across London, the South East and East Anglia.
