Gaps in protection offer chance of extra business for brokers according to CII’s New Generation Group.
The protection gap in reputational risks presents an opportunity for brokers according to the Chartered Insurance Institute's (CII) New Generation Group.
The group recently published a report which found there is a need for industry-wide action to address the gap in reputational risk protection for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SME).
Alexander Bateman, a broker with Willis Re and New Generation spokesperson, commented: "I think it is an opportunity for brokers."
