Acquisition creates a larger dedicated park home insurance team.
Paul Baker Insurance Services (PBIS) has bought RK Shipman which specialises in park home insurance for an undisclosed sum.
The acquisition will create a larger, dedicated park home insurance team according to PBIS with offices in Cheltenham and Exeter.
RK Shipman's management team, excluding managing director Peter Ellis, will stay with the business which will rebrand under the name of Paul Baker Insurance Services.
