Allianz to pay claims in full for underinsured SMEs
Insurer says move designed to help customers and protect their relationship with brokers.
Allianz has declared that SME customers who find themselves underinsured will have their claim met to the full sum insured level and not reduced by the traditional market solution of ‘average'.
The insurer said the move is designed to help both the customer and protect the relationship with their broker.
Allianz added removal of ‘average' in what constitutes fair presentation is a move which underlines its customer-centric approach.
The provider revealed the move at the same time as announcing
