Chase Templeton buys Healthcare Partners
Company says acquisition adds nearly £7m of annual premium income.
Chase Templeton has completed the asset purchase of Essex-based broker Healthcare Partners which traded under the Avanti Healthcare brand.
The private medical insurance (PMI) consolidator said the acquisition adds £6.8m of annual premium income (API) and over 1,500 clients to its business.
Chase Templeton said around 60 percent of that income is generated through SME policies further strengthening its position in its core market within the medical insurance sector.
