Anita Quansah-Okoe is sentenced to 80 hours community service and ordered to pay £500 costs for staging a fall at work.

A woman has been sentenced to 80 hours community service and ordered to pay £500 costs at the Old Bailey today after being found guilty of fraud by false representation.

Anita Quansah-Okoe, 52, from Shannon Grove in Brixton, claimed to have slipped in the canteen at Lambeth College where she worked as a chef on 3 July 2013.

She alleged to have suffered multiple injuries after slipping on a wet floor leading to her taking two to three weeks off work and having six sessions of physiotherapy.
