Hastings takes HR director from Towergate
Carole Jones joins from the consolidator as group HR director.
Hastings Insurance Group has appointed Carole Jones as its group HR director from Towergate where she was interim group HR director.
Jones, who has also held a number of senior HR management roles at Aviva in the UK and north America, will report directly to group CEO, Gary Hoffman.
