NPA in talks to buy several brokers says director

Bob Pybus expects profit to continuing growing as firm records 20% increase to £1.8m.

NPA Insurance Group director Bob Pybus has told Insurance Age that the company is currently negotiating with several insurance brokers about acquiring them.

He made the announcement as the broker recorded a 20% increase in pre-tax profit to £1.8m for the year to the end of March.

"We have an appetite to acquire - the appetite is substantial and we're in negotiations with several insurance brokers about acquiring them," Pybus declared.
