5 - Zurich seeks ‘more time' on RSA deal

Rumours that Zurich wanted to go into extra time for its discussions with RSA on a takeover were swiftly confirmed on the London Stock Exchange when Zurich indicated a "possible offer" of 550p per share and requested a deadline extension until 5.00pm on 22 September 2015.
