Integro buys AFL’s aviation division
Purchase comes less than a fortnight after private equity deal.
Integro has bought AFL Insurance Brokers' aviation division for an undisclosed sum.
The New York-based firm explained that a significant portion of AFL's aviation division's book of business is in the United Kingdom and the United States, with additional business in Norway and Denmark.
It listed the specialty expertise acquired as including aviation hull and liability insurance with complimentary surety bond products.
Clients include helicopter fleets, fixed wing aircraft, rolling stock
