Peter Blanc appointed non-exec director at Hastings
Blanc set to become non-executive chairman before the end of 2015.
Peter Blanc, executive chairman of Aston Scott has been appointed as a non-executive director at Hastings Insurance Services, Insurance Age can reveal.
Blanc has joined the Hastings Direct board but will not sit on the Hastings Group board.
He is set to become non-executive chairman later this year replacing Edward Fitzmaurice who will remain on the group board.
According to a filing at Companies House, Blanc was appointed on Monday 3 August.
Blanc could not be reached for comment.
