Doodson and NPA owner Integro agrees to sell to Odyssey

Integro has bought numerous UK brokers over the past three years.

Integro has reached a deal to sell up to private equity firm Odyssey Investment Partners for an undisclosed sum.

In recent years the business has been on a buying spree of UK brokers including: NPA Insurance and London-based marine hull and liability specialist Kite Warren & Wilson earlier this year.

Last year it bought Howard Global, Stonehouse Conseillers and Richard Thacker & Company.
