Henderson buys Hall Rhodes
Leeds broker also announces second deal in the pipeline as it pays seven figure sum for Hall Rhodes.
Henderson Insurance Brokers has bought broker Hall Rhodes for a seven figure sum with the deal going through late last month, Insurance Age can reveal.
Henderson said the purchase followed a 12 month collaborative period between the two brokers "during which both companies have benefitted from working together".
Support
Peter Hall and Shane Rhodes will continue to run Hall Rhodes on a day to day basis but will gain group support from Henderson in marketing, compliance, HR and technical support.
