Dual buys Oliva Underwriting
Hyperion-owned firm says deal will enhance construction and commercial offering to brokers.
Dual has bought Oliva Underwriting - an MGA specialising in property and casualty, contractor trades and marine insurance.
The underwriting arm of the Hyperion Insurance Group said the acquisition formed part of its UK commercial strategy and will allow it to significantly enhance its construction and commercial offering to UK brokers.
After the deal Oliva will become Dual Oliva.
