Circle Insurance Services eyes two deals
Chairman Tony Norcott says he plans to continue for several years and will hand business to his daughter.
Circle Insurance Services is currently working on two broker purchases and hopes to complete at least one of them within six months.
Chairman Tony Norcott, speaking exclusively to Insurance Age, said both of the firms Circle is hoping to buy are commercial brokers.
He also outlined his plans to continue working for around another five to 10 years and pass the business on to his daughter, Keri-Ann Egan, who also works at the firm.
Norcott, who started Circle in 1991, also added that members of
