Deals news

Move follows funding from Clydesdale Bank and MD says one deal has already completed.

Ian Gosden, managing director of Higos Insurance Services, has told Insurance Age that his business has six acquisitions in the pipeline after securing funding from Clydesdale Bank.

He added that aside from those half-a-dozen, Higos has just completed another acquisition, details of which will come to market in about a month's time.

Gosden, who established Higos in 1990, wouldn't disclose how much money the business had obtained from Clydesdale Bank other than that it's in the millions.
