Green Insurance buys M B Mulcahy
Merton-based High Street broker is third purchase for Green Insurance since investment deal with Peter Cullum backed Minority Venture Partners.
Green Insurance Group has bought M B Mulcahy Associates, based in Merton, South London, Insurance Age can reveal.
Mulcahy Associates is the third acquisition by Green since it entered into an investment deal with Minority Venture Partners Limited in January 2014.
In September 2014 it bought T&L Insurance Services and Mayman Financial Services.
