Rival networks “not surprised” by Willis’ restructure of N2
Leaders react to confirmation that Willis is set to complete the transition of its N2 model for smaller brokers by the beginning of 2016.
As revealed by Insurance Age, Willis N2 is meeting all members face-to-face to begin discussions about a new remuneration and benefits model.
All 40 members are due to have had their first meeting by the end of this month as the network transitions to a new structure.
The move will inevitably lead to a buying decision for members as the old structure ceases to exist.
