Hearing was originally due to take place in July but has been adjourned.

The High Court has confirmed that the trial concerning Arthur J Gallagher's case against David Ross, it's former international chief executive, will now take place on 1 February 2016.

The hearing, which has been set down for 25 days, was originally scheduled to begin on 13 July but has been adjourned.
