FCA appoints two new executives

Director of enforcement and market oversight as well as director of risk and compliance oversight appointed.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has appointed Mark Steward as director of enforcement and market oversight and Barbara Frohn as director of risk and compliance oversight.

Steward is currently the head of enforcement at the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission.

He will replace the acting director Georgina Philippou who will revert to her previous role as director of strategy and delivery in the enforcement and financial crime division.
