But profit for its broking subsidiary falls by 41%.
SME Insurance Services Group's (SMEi) profit after tax for the year to the end of December 2014 fell marginally to £456,066.
Its consolidated profit and loss account filed at Companies House shows the business posted a profit of £456,481 in the previous 12-month period.
The document shows SMEi's turnover for 2014 rose by more than £700,000 to £5,777,130 (2013: £5,063,026).
Marsh has agreed to buy the business for an undisclosed sum with the deal expected to close in the third quarter of this
