McEwan aids Aon on SME push
Former Scotland and Northern Ireland head for Arthur J Gallagher to focus on broker’s SME growth.
Alan McEwan, the ex-head of Arthur J Gallagher's business in Scotland and Northern Ireland has joined Aon as a consultant, Insurance Age can reveal.
He was previously regional managing director (RMD) for Giles in Scotland and Northern Ireland during 2012 and 2013 and worked with Brendan McManus on the sale to Gallagher.
He stayed with the firm post-acquisition for a further year leaving in May 2014.
