Hughes says trophy for marketing initiative of the year boosted morale and advises “passionate” brokers to enter awards.

Hughes Insurance has advised "any broker who is truly passionate about their business" to enter the UK Broker Awards following its win for marketing inititative of the year in 2014.

Brian McDowell, sales and marketing director at Hughes, urged businesses to enter and said that winning felt fantastic.

He added: "It definitely made it feel like all the hard work put into marketing for the company throughout the year had received the reward it deserved.
