Biba 2015: Biba and IBSC to collaborate on single code of conduct
Steve White urged members to play their part in raising standards as he opened the 2015 Biba conference with a pledge to work with rival standards organisation the Insurance Brokers Standards Council.
Launching the British Insurance Brokers' Association's voluntary code of conduct, which follows a lengthy consultation with members, at conference, the Biba CEO noted that the IBSC had been engaged in a similar endeavour and vowed to bring the best of both together for the good of the profession.
