RSA appoints McKenzie as chief operating officer

Darren McKenzie takes up newly-created COO role for UK and Western Europe.

RSA has appointed Darren McKenzie to the newly-created role of chief operating officer for the UK and Western Europe.

Joining on 1 July, he will report directly to Steve Lewis, chief executive for the UK & Western Europe, and as part of the executive team will be responsible for leading the transformation of RSA's operational, IT and procurement capabilities.
