Hyperion and RKH complete merger

Dominic Collins becomes executive chairman while David Howden continues as CEO.

Hyperion Insurance Group has appointed Dominic Collins as its executive chairman to coincide with the completion of its merger with RK Harrison.

Hyperion said it has now acquired 100% of the share capital of RKH and has become the parent company of the combined group with David Howden continuing as CEO.

Insurance Age reported in November last year that the two companies were in exclusive merger talks.
