Experts warn insurance falling behind on tech

Insurance Age FinTech Futures roundtable finds that insurers and brokers are sometimes lacking on digital issues.

A group of experts has warned that the insurance sector is falling behind when it comes to digital technology.

Broker, campaign partner and Worry + Peace founder James York commented: "It all comes down to the pivot point which is digital. If you look at how digital has changed everyone's lives I do think insurance is slightly behind where it could be."
