Law firm warns on add-ons after FCA fines Moorhouse
Pinsent Masons says the regulator is taking an ongoing interest in the add-ons market.
Law firm Pinsent Masons is advising brokers and insurers to pay particular attention to add-ons after the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) fined Moorhouse Group £159,300 for failures relating to such additions.
The legal company said today's fine reflects the regulator's ongoing interest in the insurance add-ons market and its continued focus on ensuring customers are provided with all relevant information.
