New CEO Robert Organ to keep Bluefin on same path

Organ said he knows the business well from his former spell there and helped devise strategy.

Robert Organ, the new chief executive at Bluefin, has told Insurance Age that it's very much "business as usual" just days after taking hold of the reins at the broker.

His appointment follows the departures of Stuart Reid and Mike Bruce, the former executive chairman and chief executive respectively.

Reid is set to be the CEO of Arthur J Gallagher's UK retail division while Bruce will take up the same role at Global Risk Partners' retail broking business.
