Towergate reduces loss adjusting panel

Consolidator says it has streamlined claims strategy with a focus on customer service.

Towergate Insurance has formed a loss adjusting panel comprised of nine companies which the consolidator said significantly reduces the number of its providers.

The broker added that the new set-up is part of a more streamlined claims strategy placing increased weight on fewer relationships.
