
FCA bans former insurance broker Stephen Robert Allen

Regulator finds he is not a fit and proper person to perform any function connected to a regulated activity.
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) has acted on the direction of the High Court by prohibiting former insurance broker Stephen Robert Allen from performing any function relating to a regulated activity on the grounds that he is not a fit and proper person.
The Upper Tribunal of the tax and chancery chamber at the High Court reached its decision because Allen was found to have submitted a forged document and knowingly given untrue evidence to the court in another matter.
