JLT Group will "defend interests vigorously" in High Court

Willis has started action against firm regarding proposed sale of one its divisions.

JLT Group has said it will defend its legitimate business interests vigorously after Willis started legal proceedings against the firm at the High Court.

Willis is seeking damages against JLT Group, JLT Specialty and one of its former employees, David Gordon, for alleged conspiracy, breach of duty and wrongful interference.

The action relates to the proposed sale of Willis's fine art, jewellery and specie division to Miller Insurance Services.
