Willis begins legal action against JLT at the High Court

The case relates to the proposed sale of its FAJS division to Miller Insurance and involves JLT Group.

Willis has started legal proceedings at the High Court against JLT Group, JLT Specialty Limited and one of its former employees, David Gordon.

The broker is seeking damages against the three parties for alleged conspiracy, breach of duty and wrongful interference in the proposed sale of its Fine Art, Jewellery and Specie (FAJS) division to Miller Insurance Services.
