Ex-Towergate chief Hodges appointed British Gas MD
Mark Hodges to join Centrica board with annual basic salary of £625,000 and bonus opportunities.
Centrica has appointed former Towergate CEO Mark Hodges as managing director, British Gas with effect from 1 June 2015.
Hodges will also join the Centrica plc board.
The firm detailed that the key elements of his remuneration package include a base salary of £625,000.
Subject to shareholder approval he will have an annual bonus opportunity of up to 100% of salary if all targets are achieved and up to a maximum of 200% for performance materially in excess of target.
