Integro buys NPA Insurance Broking Group

New York-based company says it will continue to expand its presence in the UK.

International insurance brokerage and risk management firm Integro has acquired NPA Insurance Broking Group for an undisclosed sum.

NPA was founded in 1990 and has become a top-50 UK independent broker with annual premiums exceeding £30m according to Integro.

It focuses on corporate clients as well as small- and medium-sized enterprises and its specialist niches include plant hire insurance and transport related mobility insurance solutions.

ALA expands range with pothole insurance

Yorkshire-based GAP insurance provider ALA Insurance has expanded its product offering with the launch of a specialist pothole insurance policy, in a move it claimed targets one of the “more persistent and costly problems facing UK motorists”.
